Responsible for all aspects of Project Accounting, Job Costing and Project Coordination. Martha O’Keefe is a longtime valley resident with an extensive accounting background with the last 12 years in construction. As the Controller/Project accountant, she handles all aspects of our accounting processes, construction draws, and project coordination. Martha enjoys golfing, hiking and cooking. She also volunteers and is very involved with the Snowmass Village Rotary Club.
Handles project coordination aspects both in pre-construction and implementation during construction focused on quality control and timely project execution.
