Starwood Residence — Aspen, CO
This is a simple, sleek, modern design from Studio B Architects. Located in Starwood on the side of mountain overlooking Aspen, this residence offers a stunning view from Mount Sopris all the way to Independence Pass. Capturing views of the valley floor and surrounding 14,000-foot mountaintops was paramount for the design team and mandated a 75-foot long operable glass curtain wall throughout the main level. Our client spends a great deal of time in Asia and very purposefully accented several areas throughout the project with finish materials and design attributes with Asian influence.
