Aspen Penthouse — Aspen, CO
This 1,250 SF apartment is located in the downtown core of Aspen overlooking the Hyman Avenue pedestrian mall. Space planning was paramount in this transformation into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. This project required a total gut of the space with all new finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout, with special attention paid to built-in millwork for creating efficiencies and ease of circulation.
