Victoria Square — Aspen, CO
Located in the heart of downtown Aspen, Victoria Square was the home of Garfield & Hecht PC for 40 years before we totally redeveloped the building into a mixed-use, four-story structure. Removing the existing building and starting with a clean slate was needed for this 13,256 SF white box transformation. The developer was keen on working with a window manufacture that would allow the retail space to maximize full visibility of the products. The exterior pallet was mixture of unique materials to create a modern blend of mining and ski town history with new cutting-edge design and material application. This 1,800 SF downtown Aspen apartment boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a modern, clean-lined aesthetic. This was a spec project that we did with a local developer and design team with great focus on tile, slabs, and millwork throughout. The penthouse is located on the top floor of the mixed-use building we completed earlier the same year.
